Shipping policy
All orders are processed immediately, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery. During holidays, Collaborations or major promotion days, processing might have a slight delay. Packages are shipped out in the order they are received. Holidays are not accounted for in the shipping time estimate. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. After, please allow up to 24hours for tracking information to become available. If you paid standard shipping you can file a complaint with your local post office. We don't file complaints about any lost, delayed, out of transit and or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package says it has been delivered and you haven't received anything please contact USPS. If packaged is returned to the sender due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, a subtotal refund will be initiated. No refund will be made on the shipping cost. We currently do not ship overnight and we do not ship internationally.
